These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the RevOS
platform ("Service") operated by RevOS ("RevOS", "we",
"us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
RevOS is a multi-tenant Revenue Operations platform. Each workspace
("Tenant") receives a unique, opaque 14-character identifier (rev_id)
and is cryptographically isolated from every other Tenant.
2. Account & Eligibility
You must be 18+ and authorised to bind your organisation. You are
responsible for all activity under your account and for maintaining the
confidentiality of your credentials.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to the Acceptable Use Policy.
Violations may result in suspension or termination.
4. Fees & Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. Fees are
non-refundable except where required by law. Taxes (including GST where
applicable) are additional.
5. Data & Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our
Privacy Policy and (for business customers)
our Data Processing Agreement.
6. Intellectual Property
RevOS retains all right, title and interest in the Service,
including all feedback and suggestions you provide. You retain all
right, title and interest in your Tenant Data.
7. Warranty Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by
law, RevOS disclaims all warranties, express or implied.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RevOS's aggregate
liability is capped at the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding
the claim.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate for convenience on 30 days' written notice.
RevOS may suspend immediately for material breach of the AUP or
non-payment.
10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Exclusive jurisdiction
lies with the India (Courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra).
11. Changes
We may revise these Terms; material changes will be announced 30 days
in advance. Continued use after the effective date constitutes
acceptance.
