Privacy Policy

RevOS ("we") takes privacy seriously. This

Policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, and your

rights. It applies to both the marketing site and the RevOS

application.

1. What We Collect

  • Account data: name, business email, company, role, industry, team size, currency.
  • Tenant data: data you upload or integrate (HubSpot, Zoho, Jira, Google Drive).
  • Usage data: API calls, feature usage, browser & device metadata for security.
  • Cookies: strictly necessary cookies always; analytics/marketing only with consent.

  • Deliver and secure the Service.
  • Bill you and prevent fraud.
  • Comply with legal obligations.
  • With explicit consent, send product updates.

    4. Data Residency

    All production data is stored in India · Mumbai (AWS ap-south-1).

    We do not transfer production data outside this region without your

    prior documented instruction.

    5. Data Sharing

    We share data only with the sub-processors listed at

    /trust/doc/sub-processors under written

    DPAs with equivalent protections.

    6. Retention

    Active account data is retained for the life of the account. On

    deletion, operational data is purged within 30 days; backups roll off

    within 90 days.

    7. Your Rights

    Regardless of jurisdiction, you may request: access, rectification,

    erasure, restriction, portability, and withdrawal of consent. Submit

    requests via the in-app Privacy → Data Subject Request panel or by

    emailing founding@revos.co.in. We respond within 30 days.

    8. Security

    TLS 1.2+ in transit · AES-256 at rest · MFA for all admins · annual

    third-party penetration test · encrypted backups · least-privilege RBAC.

    9. Breach Notification

    If a personal data breach occurs, we notify affected Tenants and, where

    required, supervisory authorities within 72 hours of becoming aware.

    10. Children

    The Service is not directed to children under 18.
